If you didn’t replace all 4 of your steppers (ie. you kept the old one for the extruder), you need to adjust the steps per mm configuration for any you didn’t replace.
I suggest routing the wires through the Cable Mount Hub prior to attaching the connectors, as it greatly simplifies getting the wires through the hub. If you are doing the upgrade, completely removing the Cable Mount Hub from the Laser cut Panel makes it easy to simply leave the Hub on the whip until it is time to install.
What are the settings for Max V3.2? It isn’t in the list except in the GCode portion of the Artemis 300 settings.

I didn’t get screws for this in my kit, but I asked and was told they use #4 1/2” sheet metal screws so I tried them and they work great.
